At Raymond Geddes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
